
Jumping is one of the fun activities which every child loves to do. It is an activity in which both feet are lifted off the ground. Jumping not only creates fun and joy but also a feeling of adventure and confidence in a child. Jumping and walking straight line are simple activities which develop the leg muscles. The more a child jumps, the more the larger muscles of his/her legs develop. This activity makes a child active and playful.
