• The particular activity aims to make the child understand the concept of big and small. This activity helps in developing eye and brain coordination. It helps the child to differentiate and judge the things or objects according to their size. This activity helps to understand the concept when he/she touches the objects. It also helps to differentiate the objects found around his/her surroundings.

Step 1 :

Make the children sit in a semi circle.

Step 2 :

The teacher should keep the covered objects next to them

Step 3 :

Now pull out one object, for example, pull out a small ball and keep it in front and say 'small ball'.

Step 4 :

Now take out a bigger ball and say, 'big ball'.

Step 5 :

In this manner arrange all the smaller objects one after the other and bigger objects in a different row.
