
Question 1: What is IBLIB Adaptive Learning Platform ?
Answer: IBLIB platform is based on latest AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Machine Learning algorithms. Platform offers optimal learning environment to students to achieve enhanced results. Platform generates adaptive practice test for students based on their capabilities to achieve optimal results. Platform learns from the student's interaction to refine and improve the content consistently.
Platform offers a fully integrated solution to Schools to manage their daily needs as well as to improve and analyse their student's performance, area of weakness/focus to achieve optimal results.
Question 2: What are they key features of IBLIB Platform?
Answer: IBLIB platform can be broken down into various main modules, which subsequently contains multiple smaller modules to cover all requirements of the school under a single integrated platform.
Question 3: How is this product different than other products available in the market?
Answer: IBLIB offers fully integrated platform which covers all the needs of the School. Many products, which are available in the market do not offer fully integrated solution. Some of them offer either communication management or video conferencing or learning management or ERP solutions for operational management. None of the other platforms offer a comprehensive solution for the Schools.
Even bigger school chains are relying on multiple products/applications to fulfill their day to day requirements. Since these various platforms provided by other vendors do not offer an integrated comprehensive solution, it becomes headache for the School to maintain and synchronize the data, accounts and other relevant thing upto date on each individual platforms.
Question 4: Why should I use IBLIB platform when I already have WhatsApp, Zoom or other applications to do my job?
Answer: These platforms are good in their specific offering but they only cover very specific needs and they are not designed for customized needs of schools. For example, these platforms don't integrate student attendance, while IBLIB platform integrate attendance of all the students/participants who attended the video lectures. Other platforms can not be integrated with existing platforms of the school and hence it creates additional burden and headache for the schools to manage them.
IBLIB platform offers all these features and much more to cover all the needs of schools. It generates customized MIS reports too for the school's consumption & analysis purposes.
Question 5: How much effort will it take to onboard and train teachers/students/admin on the IBLIB platform ?
Answer: The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use for anyone. In general, couple of training sessions are good enough to get accustomed to the platform. We provide complete training support at the time of on-boarding and regular interval training sessions will be conducted to refresh the knowledge of users. Our customer care will be available to handle any inquiries or doubts faced by the users.
Initial account setup/creation can be done by our technical team once data is provided by the school and platform will be up and running immediately. We have FAQ/Help section available on the platform, which offers detailed overview of individual modules and video demo as well to explain the individual modules.
Question 6: Can I have my own content and curriculum?
Answer: Yes, this is one of the great advantage to use the platform. Schools can create their own customized curriculum if they wish. We already have standard curriculum covered and available for schools/users to start using the platform, however we can help schools to customize the curriculum if they deviate from the standard curriculum. Customized curriculum will remain private and will only be available for their students.
Question 7: Will I get on-boarding support, training etc ?
Answer: Yes, complete on-boarding and training support will be provided so that schools/users can understand the rich features offered by the platform. We'll help in creating accounts of admin, teachers, staff and students.
We'll organize training session for school staff to use the platform more efficiently and get accustomed to the platform. Our customer care will be available to handle any inquiries or doubts faced by the users.
Questions 8: What does integrated platform mean ?
Answer: Integrated platform means that schools will not have to rely on various apps, platforms or systems to fulfill their daily needs. A single platform which offers all the features will reduce the operational burden of the school as well as of the students to maintain data on various platforms to keep it in sync.
Various platforms can also involve cost and infrastructure to use the individual platforms. It's not efficient to use various platforms to do the specific jobs of the school related work.
Questions 9: Do I need to spend money in hardware, infrastructure etc to test/use this platform ?
Answer: No, platform doesn't require any investment in hardware or infrastructure to use it, however in order to use the rich features of the platform, schools may wish to invest in digital boards, bio-metric attendance systems etc to utilize all the features of the platform.
Platform is fully responsive and it works perfectly on desktop, laptop, tablet and any small phone device. We recommend users to use Chrome browser, which allows users to use various comprehensive features of the platform.
Question 10: What is the cost to use the IBLIB Platform ?
Answer: There is no setup cost to use the platform, however we'll charge small fee to the schools based on number of students on a monthly basis. It's a small fractional cost considering the features and operational efficiency offered by the platform.
Question 11: What kind of data will be required by Schools to get the platform up and running ?
Answer: Schools will need to provide basic school information to create the school profile and subsequently they can either create user accounts or provide basic students data into an excel sheet template to our IT team to create the accounts.
Question 12: Is it secure platform ? Can anyone see the information from outside the school ?
Answer: Yes, it's fully secure platform and nobody can see the school information from outside the school. We have implemented hierarchical level data access for principal/admin, teachers and students to maintain the data security within the school as well, for example, admin will have unrestricted access to all the information related to the school, however teachers/students can only view it on a need to know basis.
Principal/admin will have detailed and customized MIS reports available to monitor, understand and analyse it to improve the performance and reputation of the school.
Question 13: How many people can join the Video Call at a time?
Answer: There is no such restriction, however we advise video call if there are less than 30 participants, audio call if there are less than 100 participants and webinar call if more than 100 participants expected to join the calls.
Please note that call host will have full access in all 3 modes but other participants access will be reduced to optimize and improve the call experience.
Question 14: Which syllabus/curriculum is included on the platform and will it remain upto date?
Answer: All standard board curriculum (CBSE, ICSE etc) are already included and available for schools/users to use at their fingertips, however we can help schools to customize the curriculum as per their wish, which will automatically become available to school teachers and students in their school.
We have team of Professors & Teachers working round the clock to develop latest content. We'll consistently keep all standard board curriculum updated as per information or updates available from the respective boards.
Question 15: Which subjects will be included on the platform?
Answer: All important subjects are available on the platform, including Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Science, English, EVS etc. We'll consistently update the platform and keep including new topics, which will be available to the existing platform users without any additional cost.
Question 16: What types of test papers can be conducted using the platform?
Answer: The platform supports multi choice questions paper. There are 3 main type of test papers can be conducted using the platform.
Subjective type questions can be handled using the Blog module of the platform wherein students can submit answers and attach working sheets as well. Subjective questions support will be integrated within the test paper module in future releases.
Question 17: What kind of service support will be provided?
Answer: We offer full training to admin, teachers and school staff to understand and utilize the rich features of the platform. We have FAQ/Help section for individual modules, which covers detailed explanation of the features in the respective module. It also contains videos to demonstrate and give real platform interaction.
We offer customer care support for any subsequent queries. Admin/teachers/students can call our customer care to resolve any doubts/queries.
Onsite support can be provided as well if required and requested by the school.
Question 18: Will there be any price escalation?
Answer: Yes, there will be standard and minor escalation clause to cover the economic inflation. It may range between 5% to 10% depending upon the specific contract with the school.
The prices once agreed with a school will be fixed for a year or longer depending upon the tenor of the contract signed by the school. Escalation percentage can be agreed too during the signing of the contract.
Question 19: Will there be any price escalation if new features and enhancements are added to the platform?
Answer: No, it’s our endeavor to continuously improve the platform with new features and enhance the exiting modules to improve and make it more efficient for users. We don't plan to increase the price if new features and enhancements are added to the platform as long as it doesn't involve significant incremental cost to us. If there is any incremental cost involved to us in order to provide the specific features then small price escalation may be there but we don't envisage anything as such for now.
Question 20: Can schools request a new features or module for their specific requirements?
Answer: Yes, school can request for new features or enhancements to be added to the platform. We'll evaluate the feasibility for development of the new feature requested by the school. If the feature is useful and applicable for other schools then it can be developed free of cost. However, if it is specifically applicable for individual school only then development charges may apply depending on feature.
